Zernike form to asphere

This converter converts a Zernike asphere polynome to a standard polynome description.  First, Zernike terms need to be added. Only terms with m=0 can be added because the others are not rotationally symmetric and can't be used to describe an asphere. (If other terms are added, the resulting lens is a freeform). To remove a Term again, first click on it and then use the "Remove term" button. To the standard asphere an additional parameter "h" was added because the default formula only allows for z(0) = 0 and is therefore not compatible with all Zernike variations.
