How to get access to the PanDao tool?

To run PanDao, no software installation is needed. If you want to use the PanDao tool, the first thing you need to do is to register. On the first side which will appear after logging in, you will be able to buy PanDao requests with the "forward to payment side“ button. You will be forwarded to our payment side, where you can enter your credit card information and get instant access to the tool. This option is for the company-wide license. If you prefer to pay by invoice or a personalized license with unlimited number of requests, please register first and send an E-Mail to info@pandao.ch.

Please note that your requests for the company-wide license will run out after one year if you are not purchasing another package as stated in our GTC

What is the PanDao design to fabrication service, and how do you get access to it?

Our design to fabrication service is for companies who don't want to use the PanDao Tool by themselves. Upon request, our specialists will analyze your optical design applying the Tool. Send us the data of your single lens design, and we will inform you about the optimal fabrication chain and the required technologies as well as the calculated fabrication, coating, centering and testing costs. 

1. Process flow:
   
   1. Your lens design is protected by a mutual NDA that must be accepted before quoting the service. To set everything up contact us: info@pandao.ch
   2. You register one of your customers email address through PanDao website for further communications and due to GTC.
   3. You send us the lens data (ideally according to ISO10110) together with the information
      how many lenses are to be produced and in which batch size they are to be delivered.
   4. We send you a quote per lens depending on the complexity (dimension, geometries, quality) and the requested delivery time from normal delivery up to 3 weeks or express delivery within one week from receiving all the input data.
   5. You commission PanDao according to the submitted quote.
   6. PanDao delivers the PanDao design to fabrication report.
   7. PanDao erases all lens and related data except the NDA on our side for security reasons.
