PanDao supports you to reduce development time. It tells you the needed fabrication technologies in the early development stage. Besides that, it tells you the fabrication cost. This information supports you in the make-or-buy management decision.
PanDao helps you in keeping your target costs under control.
The only thing you need is access to a browser. PanDao runs on your PC or mobile phone.

Imagine you only have a limited access to fabrication technologies and you have to find out if your design can be fabricated with these.
The following figure shows the output of PanDao for a convex aspherical lens with high accuracy.

PanDao shows that ion beam polishing (IBF) is the only possible technology for this lens.
Without PanDao there would be the chance to notice this only late in the project phase. This would create huge costs and delays in the project.
