This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how PanDao, GmbH (collectively “PANDAO, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information through its websites, such as, but not limited to, www.PANDAO.CH (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”), and other products and services (the “Services”) as well as when you otherwise interact with us.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you access the Sites and Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
In the course of using our Sites, you may provide us with certain information about you, such as when you create an account, participate in any interactive features of the Sites, fill out a form, subscribe to an email list or newsletter, request customer support, place an order, post content to the Sites, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information that we may collect include, but are not limited to, Contact Information such as your name, phone number, fax number, email address, home and business postal addresses; Payment Information such as your credit card number or other billing information (which is processed by a third party payment processor); and optional Demographic Information such as your age and gender. Especially the use of PANDAO program requests technical data provided by your input. These data are temporarily used for the calculation by PANDAO but will not be stored permanently. After leaving PanDao program the optics data will not be stored. The operation of temporally storage and deletion after use is controlled by cookies.
Data will only be stored after explicit written customer allowance.

Cookies are especially used for the following purposes: When a user requests a product in the Members Area, it is stored in the cookies so that the next time he/she logs in to PANDAO website, he/she will not have to enter everything again, but the product that was last requested will be automatically loaded.

These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked and conversion information. DATA RETENTION
We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
By default, we will retain your data for 3 years since your data was obtained, or 3 years since your last interaction with us, whichever is the greater.
If you become a customer of PANDAO or are already a customer of PANDAO, we will retain your data for 7 years after your last purchase with us (in line with financial laws for record keeping), or for as long as you are an end user of our products.
We will endeavour to contact you before deletion in case such a deletion is against your wishes.
USERS AROUND THE GLOBE
PANDAO is headquartered in Switzerland. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
